Up for sale is my 2002 V2 Monaro CV8. This car is in very original condition. I purchased the car 2 years ago from the second owner who had it for 17 years, when I bought it they gave me their purchase contract.
The car was a daily driver for a gent in the music industry who lived inner city so did about 7,000km per year. Car has a full set of service records with almost all services being done at Brighton Holden. Even has a serviced by Brighton Holden sticker still on it, couldn’t bring myself to take it off.
My intention was to daily drive this car but when I got it home it was just in too good a condition so I purchased another Holden V8. Want to keep in forever but storage has been a challenge so now up for sale. Previous owner always had it in a garage and so have I.
Car has 133,XXX km on the clock and was serviced 3,000 km ago.
I put a cat back stainless steel exhaust on it so it sounded like a V8

I wanted to fix a few small things before sale but with lockdowns thought I’d get it up anyway. I’ll be happy to do these or happy to discuss a price without
- Glovebox needs mounting on 1 side fixed
- Drivers seat has a very small rip in the leather, this has been looked at and is an easy fix
- Cut and polish. Car is 20years old but has NO paint fading or loss of clear like many Holdens of this age. Being always garaged has helped
More than happy to do a FaceTime/Video call to show the car.
Happy to chat and answer any questions people have.
This is a great car with a great history. I took my time researching the market and finding this car. The Series 02 is the only model Monaro with the earlier style interior and far less were made, I thought when buying it long term this would be valuable.
Not looking to swap for another car so please don’t offer.
